People who wear watches on top of their wrists bother me.
I haven’t really did one of these in awhile so here it goes.
So I’m back running again and i finally hit the 4.5 mile mark again with being able to run on my calf! I feel like all my endurance is back, i just have to make sure my calf gets back to 1000000% ! I also hit a 5:45 mile, but i think i said that already at some point. OH i got another track letter! :D i received it on my last day of school, what a way to end my junior year! I’m also meeting with this guy tomorrow who’s going to help me with my diet and strenght training and such… that should be interesting….

Do my neighbors intend on stopping whatever they are doing to stare at me when i am on a run. Like why?! Whats the point of it? Im just running.
Oops the last post cut off..
But to continue… Im beyond happy. But i did the stupidest thing to hurt my calf. I ended up running on a rolled ankle, (dont worry that healed a looong time ago apperently) and that caused extra stress on my calf, causing me to strain it in between my two calf muscles. Sooo all i have to do is moist heat it and keep KT Rock Tape on it. So yeah im one happy runner(:
Even though my soleus is still sore…
I think im going to try some swimming today. Im dying to excercise, i need to do something…
If anyone can think of something i can do with very little or no use of my calf please tell me (:
was very beneficial this year, my 4x800 team did well, i stayed solid in my 3200 and most of all I PRD IN THE 1600 WITH A 5:45.00 ! Ahhhh! Im soooooooo happy! (& of course i just miss placing) 10 more seconds until i get the school record! I must go ham in xc, but its not like i wasnt going to anyway ;)
