First meet

Yep first meet today

I’m not running
I’m not sure if I’ve posted about this yet but since like July 1st the top of my right foot has been gradually killing me.
About 2 weeks ago I’ve had enough of it’s BS and told my coach, we changed my training and kept me off of hills and hard surface still no change, so last Friday was my last run and STILL the pain is getting worse.
So nontheless I’m not sure if I’m going to have a XC season again
But it’s okay I’ll be stronger once again for track.
And I’m super excited for my team and seeing how the season rolls out for them. Today isn’t tech a race, they’re fartleking it since it’s our regional cource and super hilly and tough.
I may be upset about not running but everything happens for a reason and I have to continue to remember patience is key -and with every set back there’s a bigger and better comeback

Running Update

I haven’t really did one of these in awhile so here it goes.

So I’m back running again and i finally hit the 4.5 mile mark again with being able to run on my calf! I feel like all my endurance is back, i just have to make sure my calf gets back to 1000000% ! I also hit a 5:45 mile, but i think i said that already at some point. OH i got another track letter! :D i received it on my last day of school, what a way to end my junior year! I’m also meeting with this guy tomorrow who’s going to help me with my diet and strenght training and such… that should be interesting….

WHY

Do my neighbors intend on stopping whatever they are doing to stare at me when i am on a run. Like why?! Whats the point of it? Im just running.
