Well Wednesday and Thursday of this week (as in yesterday and the day before) I ran my last ever high school meet districts… Nevertheless it wasn’t exactly what I had planned or hoped for. I blew my last two mile when I had the opportunity to place. Then again neither of my coaches speaked to me all day. Then on day two I ran my last high school mile. I did run a faster time for me but it was nothing like I ran last year at districts and once again I went all day without talking to my coaches…
But on the bright side … I HAVE PROM TODAY!!! WOOO! And I graduate in 2 weeks! And I start my college training really soon too !!!
My high school life is coming to an end and I can honestly say I cannot be happier to start a new chapter in my life journey.
I wish I was good at running.
I would loose my running necklace on a run today.
And I live 35 mins away from my school.
I hope to god no one took if if its on the side of the road because I’m looking for it first thing tomorrow.
I don’t think anyone understands how much that necklace means to me…
Please marry me, you’re perfect. And the fact we’ll be competing in the same conference next year as freshmen is beyond ironic. And if you’re reading this feel free to talk to me, you obviously know this is about you. (:
I’m amazed by how many people have never seen a Cinder Track before that I was running on in my last post. Yes this is at my school and it may be a five lane track and “dirt” (well actually various rocks) it’s really cool to run on if its rolled and packed right. I also feel like it makes me run faster when I run on a all weather surface too. Yeah this gets all gross and disgusting in the rain, and we have to line it with paint and chalk ourselves. But I love this track, it shows what EVERYONE use to run on before technology really took off.
